In December 2025, the Flawless Delivery team partnered with the Colbert County Career and Technical Education (CTE) Finance and Marketing Department at Colbert Heights High School to deliver a two-day Flawless Delivery class for DECA students in Decatur.
The students, led by Business-Marketing teacher and DECA advisor Teresa Billingsley, demonstrated exceptional engagement, professionalism, and enthusiasm throughout the training. They actively participated in discussions, applied communication strategies in real time, and supported one another in creating a positive and productive learning environment.
Despite one class day taking place during winter break, students arrived motivated and committed — a clear reflection of their strong work ethic and dedication to professional growth.
As a result of their participation, eleven students earned an Occupational Skills Certificate from Calhoun Community College, highlighting the real-world value of the skills gained through Flawless Delivery.
This class reinforced the importance of integrating professional communication training into CTE programs and showcased the strong potential of these DECA students as they prepare for future careers.
