We believe that access to tools for effective communication, teamwork, and leadership can transform individuals and strengthen communities. Below is a list of nonprofits that we think could be helpful to those we serve.
- Good Culture
- Good Culture is a charitable nonprofit founded to support hospitality workers across the Southeastern U.S. This organization offers financial assistance to entry-level and frontline hotel, restaurant, and tourism employees, helping them quickly recover from unexpected setbacks and stay active in their hospitality communities. Initially created by Yedla Management Company during the pandemic to address widespread unemployment, Good Culture has evolved into a vital resource for hospitality workers in Alabama, Central Florida, Charlotte, NC, and Nashville/Brentwood, TN.
- With support from community stakeholders and a dedicated board, Good Culture funds its mission through individual and corporate donations, as well as group fundraising efforts. By fostering partnerships between hospitality businesses, communities, and donors, Good Culture ensures the industry’s backbone remains strong and resilient.
